As the weather changes, my feet beg me to put on my new Scribble Chills from Sanuk. I don’t bother with socks—these laid back, cozy shoes are not only comfortable but warm and breathable. “Comfortable” isn’t good enough a word for these shoes: wearing them is a lot like putting on those fuzzy socks my mom use to get me for Christmas.
Unlike a lot of the shoes we review on Benosh, these are not sporting shoes. They’re boardwalk surfers, chill comfort for your feet.
I know this isn’t the Scribbles’ purpose, but on an evening stroll I decided to pound the ground for a while…and they actually kept up with me, surprisingly. Although I don’t want to run too often in them, I know that it would get me to safety quickly and comfortably in a jam.
At first I was a tiny bit concerned that I would feel like I was wearing my slippers out and about when wearing the Scribbles. But no!!! I have gotten more compliments on these shoes than I have ever gotten on any other trendy lookers. I cherish my Sanuks and wear them proudly. They are my favorite shoes this fall, inside and out.
They even come in at a pretty good value—costing $55.00 on Sanuk’s website, these chic shoes have been a pleasure to test out.
