No one makes shoes quite like Keen. I have loved my pair of A86 TR, I continuously get compliments on how cool they are and I just love how lightweight they are. That being said, Keen sent us some Amblers to give a go. In the process of checking them out, I have to say that very few shoes have fit as well on my feet as these bad boys.

My wide feet fell right in line with the grand design of the Ambler. Featuring a semi-sticky active-traction rubber sole and moisture-wicking textile lining to get you through steep single track trails, a pile of boulders or dodging cacti. It’s a perfect light hiker that is also fashionable enough for the office or a night out clubbing.

Water resistant with a moisture wicking textile lining helps you in those moist environments. A non-marking rubber outsole and a removable metatomical EVA footbed make for a great comfortable feel. S3 Heel support structure and Torsion stability ESS shank, TPU stability shank and waxed suede upper with reinforced stitching give the Ambler a solid construction that will take some abuse.

Don’t wash them though. Gently brush the footwear with a dry soft sponge or hand towel to remove loose dirt and restore nap of suede and nubuck shoes on a regular basis. Stains should be treated immediately with a solvent-based suede/leather cleaner.

I would recommend you check the Keen Ambler out. It’s a $100 shoe that is a great value for the dollar.
